When a customer places a purchase on our multi-vendor
e-commerce site, the order is immediately sent to the appropriate vendor(s) for
fulfillment.
For their products, each vendor specifies a delivery date
and shipment method.
At the location the consumer gave after checkout, the
vendor will process the order and ship it to the customer.
The customer will receive a message after the items has
been dispatched along with tracking details so they may follow the progress of
their delivery.
Please be aware that depending on the vendor and the
customer's location, delivery timeframes may change. Customers should therefore
be careful to give appropriate shipping information.
If a customer does not get their order within the
specified window of time, they should get in touch with the appropriate vendor
or a member of our customer service staff right once.
The customer is in charge of giving accurate and
comprehensive shipping information. If a consumer gives the wrong shipping
information and the item is sent back to the vendor, the customer is in charge
of paying any additional shipping fees.
Any delays brought on by the merchant or shipping company
are not our website's fault. To ensure that your product is delivered as soon
as possible, we will try our best to collaborate with the carrier and the
vendor.
The vendor is liable for properly wrapping the product in
the event that it is damaged during transit. Any claims for damages must be
made by the client directly to the provider.
An order can be canceled by the customer before the
product is dispatched. Cancellation is not allowed after the product has
shipped.
In the event of any disagreements, the vendor and the
client are urged to attempt direct resolution. But if a compromise cannot be
found, our website might step in to arbitrate the conflict.
These delivery terms and conditions may be changed by our
website at any time without prior notice. The customer is in charge of staying
up to date on any updates or modifications.
